OWC has been busy this fall. We did more CABIN biomonitoring than in
previous years, brought a lot of students into the field, and worked hard
on several restoration projects. Read up on our staff’s personal highlights

Alberta has more native pollinators than you think! A whole host of
solitary bees, social bees, wasps, and many more animals all pollinate our
native and crop flowers. Many of them overwinter underground or in hollow
stems, so a few small landscaping decisions this fall can provide crucial
habitat.
