Synopsis: Efforts are underway, led by the City of Lethbridge Planning department, to update Lethbridge’s Land Use Bylaw. The Land Use Bylaw governs how land is developed and what rules govern residential and commercial property in Lethbridge.
The Land Use Bylaw will determine everything from housing density to the future climate resilience of Lethbridge. This update will align the Land Use Bylaw with the Municipal Development Plan.
